Housekeeping Services Include:
  • Daily trash removal, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping
  • Floor refinishing and polishing
  • Carpet cleaning
  • H.I.P.P.A. compliant paper recycling
  • Day porter service
  • Housekeeping services provided Monday through Friday.
Guest Services:
  • After hours access to buildings limited to “key card” access. Click HERE for access card request. Requires supervisor’s approval.
  • Vehicle Assistance such as jump starting your vehicle, “Fix-a-flat” and limited ride assistance as needed
  • Escort to vehicle as needed
  • Way-finding
  • Lobbies of each building staffed by Guest Services associates during business hours
  • Buildings monitored 24/7 by Guest Services.
Parking:
  • Ample parking for visitors and tenants is available near each building. Please Click HERE to see map of patient and employee designated parking areas.
  • Click HERE to download a parking permit application.
Recycling Services:
  • Recycle paper, plastics, metals, and glass
  • Program meets HIPPA standards
